Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day applicant traffic from application to offer stage.
• Provide swift attention and closure of candidate requests.
• Conduct initial resume screening and recommend for interviews.
• Facilitate behavioral interviews for agent candidates.
• Administer generic and program-specific assessments with accuracy and fairness.
• Support TA Specialists/Officers in daily recruitment operations.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports and trackers.
