Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to provide decision support through financial analysis and simulations. The role involves budgeting, strategic planning, risk assessment, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in financial planning and modeling, with a preference for Commercial Finance background and CPA qualification. Onsite work is required at Pasig.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• With experience in Commercial Finance is preferred
• CPA is a plus
• Working knowledge of financial analysis and Sales
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Critical and Analytical Thinker
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills.
• Willing to work ONSITE.

Responsibilities

• Provides decision support to Management through financial analysis, forecasts and simulations
• Analyzes Risks and Opportunities and formulate corrective actions
• Assists in the review of the financial viability of new major capital investments and marketing spend
• Assists in the analysis of monthly financial reports including top to bottom deviation analysis
• Facilitates Strategic Planning process for the group
• Prepares Annual Budget and aligns the same with business objectives and corporate guidelines
• Monitors budget and reviews performance measures
• Identifies and highlights process and business risks and work with different stakeholders in order to manage potential impact to the business
• Participates in Management Committee meetings
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager.
