Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead development and execution of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reviews.

You will partner with senior management, consolidate financial data, and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability, while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company's financial planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Work with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives and oversee the budgeting process.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting KPIs and metrics.
• Monitor and communicate financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and align goals with operations.
• Support business units in understanding financial implications of activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements.
