Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree and CPA are required.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business planning, and accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides decision support to Management through financial analysis and simulations.
• Assists in review of financial viability of new major capital investments and marketing spend.
• Assists in analysis of monthly financial reports including top-to-bottom deviation analysis.
• Facilitates Strategic Planning process for the group.
• Prepares Annual Budget and aligns with business objectives and corporate guidelines.
• Monitors budget and reviews performance measures.
• Identifies and highlights process and business risks and works with stakeholders to manage impact.
• Participates in Management Committee meetings.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
