Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is seeking an FP&A Senior Finance Analyst in Quezon City to drive financial planning, forecasting and analysis for strategic decisions. You will lead budgeting and quarterly reviews while partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a finance/accounting background, CPA preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills to operate effectively in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning: lead development and execution of planning processes including QBRs.
• Budgeting And Forecasting: oversee the annual budgeting process and develop forecasts.
• Financial Analysis: conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: prepare and present financial reports to leadership with KPIs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with departments to align goals and financial data.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Strategic Financial Planning

• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Budgeting And Forecasting

• Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide insightful analysis of variances.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.

Financial Analysis

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Performance Reporting

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.
• Monitor and communicate financial performance against budget and forecasts.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.
• Support business units in understanding financial implications of their activities.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data integrity.

What are the Qualifications?
