Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
• Must be willing to report onsite at Commonwealth QC.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving targets.
• Service- and customer-focused (external and internal).
• Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Problem solver.
• Strong judgment and fairness.
• Computer literate: MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate and examine the skills and competencies of candidates.
• Profile candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications.
• Manage job offer contracts.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports based on function and need.
• Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company.
• Participate in calibration meetings and communicate the needs/demands of hiring accounts.
• Contribute to creating strategic hiring plans to attract and recruit best talent.
• Monitor specific account/s for hiring requirements and act as Account POC.
