Job summary

Private Advertiser in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, is seeking a results-oriented salesperson for a full-time, on-site role. You will engage with SME owners, make outbound calls, present compelling propositions, and progress applications to close deals.

Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you grow earnings through commissions. The position offers a fixed ₱25,000 monthly base plus performance-based commission, with potential total earnings of ₱40,000–₱60,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant sales experience with SME owners or business decision-makers.
• Outbound B2B selling and closing deals over the phone.
• Ability to discuss pricing and business benefits clearly.
• Fluent English and Filipino with professional telephone manner.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• University degree preferred; relevant experience may count.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound prospecting calls, deliver sales pitches, and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales over the phone.
• Guide customers through applications and keep cases moving.
• Coordinate with customers and couriers to collect documents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, applications, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Meet daily minimums: 200 outbound dials and 60 minutes of talk time; work toward sales targets.
