Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support the service departments for automotive dealership clients in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to schedule service visits, answer inquiries, and follow up with customers to boost satisfaction and retention.

The role requires 1–2 years in a BDC or automotive service setting, excellent communication, and strong CRM and scheduling software skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a BDC, call center, or automotive service advising role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving and escalation where needed.
• Proficient with CRM and scheduling tools.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple interactions.
• Willing to work onsite and night shift in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Service Appointment Setting: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound reminders to schedule service visits.
• Customer Service & Support: Provide information on services, pricing, warranties, and recalls.
• Customer Retention & Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction and nurture loyalty.
• CRM & Scheduling System Management: Document interactions and update CRM with service status.
• Service Knowledge & Collaboration: Stay updated on offerings and coordinate with service teams.
• Performance & Reporting: Meet targets for call volume, appointments, and satisfaction.
