Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design and maintain dashboards and data models. You will automate reporting, perform data wrangling, and collaborate across finance, sales, and operations to deliver accurate insights.

The role requires expert Power BI skills, strong SQL, and a track record in ETL and data governance. Onsite work in Libis, Quezon City with competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in BI, data analytics or similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with expert DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a technical field.
• Experience working with relational and cloud databases to join data from multiple sources.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Design and maintain automated dashboards and integrated data solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system performance.
• Perform advanced data wrangling, including acquisition, merging, and cleaning, to prepare complex datasets for visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations to gather, document, and validate reporting requirements.
• Implement robust ETL processes and reusable semantic models using SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including expert-level use of DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to work with relational and cloud-based databases to join data from multiple sources.

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform for building integrated business solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically for performing complex data reconciliations and workbook management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend data-driven solutions for business issues.
