Aoloutsourcing is seeking a Medical Referral Specialist / Referral Coordinator to manage end-to-end referrals, coordinate between providers, insurers, and patients, and ensure timely access to care. The role requires clinical nursing background and 2+ years in medical referrals, with strong English communication.

Responsibilities include verifying eligibility, obtaining authorizations, documenting in EMR/EHR, and handling calls with providers and patients.

Qualifications

Must be a Nurse Graduate and have 2+ years in a Referral/medical admin role.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (ECW or similar).
Experience with insurance verification and referrals.

Responsabilités

Process and manage incoming/outgoing medical referrals from initiation to completion.
Coordinate referrals between primary care providers, specialists, and facilities.
Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements.
Obtain authorizations when required for referred services.
Follow up on pending referrals and approvals to prevent delays in patient care.
Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients regarding referral status.
Document referral information and outcomes in the EMR/EHR system.
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
Respond to patient and provider inquiries related to referrals.
