Job summary

Cobden & Carter International in Taguig is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple company projects to ensure timely completion.

The role requires a Finance or Business degree, at least 1 year in project management, and strong skills in leading teams and formal PM methodologies. Onsite dayshift.

You will attend leadership meetings, maintain project registers, manage deadlines and accountable owners, and help resolve bottlenecks to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Finance or Business-related degree.
• Finance-related background and/or work experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven project management experience.
• Ability to plan, lead, coordinate and oversee company projects and ensure timely completion.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to lead project teams of varying sizes to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with company leaders to ideate, conceptualize and agree on initiatives and projects.
• Maintain a register of all initiatives and projects with actionable points, deadlines and accountable people.
• Ensure follow-through on deliverables from stakeholders to achieve output of quality and on time.
• Provide input and guidance to resolve project bottlenecks and gaps.
• Provide support on all deliverables as needed.
