Sortr Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced AU Project Engineer to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will prepare work packs, support project coordination, and ensure quality and compliance across steel fabrication and mechanical projects with Australian-based PMs.

Key duties include material take-offs, document control, schedules, MDR reviews, and QA/QC processes. The role emphasizes detailed coordination, drafting proficiency (AutoCAD), and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years supporting engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and project documentation processes.
• Experience with document control or MDR compilation is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Process material take-offs and parts lists.
• Liaise with client representatives on technical queries, inspections, scheduling, and deliveries.
• Develop and review on-site and shop documentation.
• Prepare and update project schedules as required.
• Maintain MDR and project documentation records.
• Prepare source documents and resolve data gaps with document preparers.
• Maintain NCR and CAR registers.
• Assist in QA/QC audit and equipment calibration systems.
• Support cost control engineering and project scheduling.
• Support general operational requirements.
