Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Project Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery of capital projects at the BWPC Factory in General Trias, Cavite. The role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time, within-budget project execution across design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.

You will collaborate with factory teams and PMO, develop URS and technical specs, and manage FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ processes while ensuring compliance with machinery safety and hygienic plant standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering License is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Capital Project Management.
• Experience managing end-to-end engineering projects (planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, handover).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, utilities, equipment installation, controls and automation systems.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects from initiation through handover and close-out.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, safety reviews, and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings and escalate risks, issues and decisions to leadership.
