Job summary

B2B Automations in the Philippines is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee technical staff and drive on-site project delivery across multiple initiatives.

You will conduct regular meetings, coordinate with clients, sales, engineering and other departments, supervise site work, enforce safety, review documents, and ensure quality and compliance with standards. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Engineering or architecture degree required.
• Experience handling projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all projects assigned to Technical Staff
• Conduct regular meetings and project updates with Technical Staff
• Ensure all project documents are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Engineering, and other departments
• Conduct site inspections, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Review and approve technical documents, billing, materials requests, and testing reports
• Support project implementation when needed and perform other tasks as assigned by management
