Job summary

Unilever BWPC Factory in General Trias, Cavite, seeks a Project Engineer to deliver capital projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with PMO, operations, and suppliers to drive automation, process improvements, and asset integrity.

You will lead planning, design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover, maintain documentation, enable FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ, and champion safety and regulatory compliance while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as listed.
• PE license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in project engineering or capital projects.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery from planning to handover.
• Knowledge of FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ is an advantage.
• Machinery safety knowledge and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and procure for factory capital projects with PMO input.
• Lead execution, manage budgets, schedules, contractors and vendors.
• Oversee equipment installation, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
• Maintain asset tagging, master data, drawings, and handover docs.
• Support plant improvements and standardization initiatives.
