Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Food Inc., a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to support site operations with inventory record accuracy and compliance. The role focuses on maintaining system integrity, producing reports, and coordinating with key groups to resolve discrepancies.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in related industries, with SAP and data analysis skills, and be willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in commissary, pharmaceutical, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience in inventory control in food manufacturing or similar industries.
• SAP experience and data analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures integrity and accuracy of the inventory management system.
• Provides reports to monitor key inventory areas and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinates with suppliers and support groups (Warehouse, Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Purchasing) to meet objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration skills to support effective team operations and continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently and within a team to resolve operational issues and maintain accurate inventory processes.
