Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2–5 years procurement experience.
• Experience procuring warehouse equipment and supporting warehouse setup.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and cost evaluation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders; manage procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of warehouse equipment, solar materials, electrical components, and PPE.
• Lead procurement for setting up a new warehouse facility.
• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure equipment is available before commissioning.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
