Job summary

Outsource Accelerator in Pasig is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for an onsite role. You will manage employer-of-record duties and coach a portfolio of employees, while coordinating with HR and client accounts.

You will drive process documentation, timekeeping governance, and client communications. The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory BPO setting, strong English skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and GreatDay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Team Leader or supervisor in BPO/outsourcing.
• Experience coaching, delivering feedback, or performance management.
• Experience with coaching documentation, incident reports, or compliance records.
• Strong process documentation skills; write clear, step-by-step procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized; manage documentation across a high-volume portfolio.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and varied client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named primary OA contact for all assigned employees.
• For NCM employees: conduct coaching sessions and document plans.
• For co-managed employees: drive proactive coaching and KPI management.
• Issue and monitor action plans; update documentation regularly.
• Address employee concerns and escalate HR/AD-level issues.
• Review and approve timekeeping in GreatDay daily/weekly.
• Monitor attendance patterns and flag discrepancies with HR/Payroll.
• Ensure timekeeping compliance across the portfolio.
• Receive client feedback and translate into coaching inputs.
• Attend client calls with the Associate Director of Operations.
• Build account context; long-term path to independent client calls.
• Document coaching sessions and maintain employee records.
• Develop and maintain the operations process library.
• Submit a structured weekly summary every Friday.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and life-cycle events.
• Escalate performance concerns requiring formal HR action.
