Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to manage employee medical and occupational health data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role supports health programs, coordinates exams and screenings, and maintains records with strict compliance.

The position is full-time, onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, with a standard weekday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM). Experience with electronic medical records and Excel is preferred, along with strong data integrity skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing is required or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with electronic medical records and health databases preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation and record management practices.

Responsibilities

• Capture, validate, and maintain employee medical and occupational health records in health information systems.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of medical data entry.
• Manage healthcare documentation, including medical reports, vaccination records, and health surveillance results.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy according to policies and laws.
• Coordinate periodic medical examinations and health screenings.
• Track participation in occupational health programs and follow up as needed.
• Monitor surveillance schedules and inform employees and stakeholders.
• Support audits related to occupational health records and programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
