Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support or network administration experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, routing and switching.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and common business apps.
• Familiarity with network gear such as routers, switches, wireless APs, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and internet connections to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Provide desktop and end-user technical support for devices and software.
• Perform workstation setup, deployment, and asset management.
• Assist with network security controls and IT policy implementation.
• Document procedures, network diagrams, and incident records.
