The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields and CCNA certification, with hands-on experience in Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, and other major vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related IT field.
• CCNA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SDWAN).
• 1+ year of relevant network experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement network security solutions onsite or remotely.
• Install and configure security devices (routers, firewalls, switches, wireless controllers, access points).
• Document network configurations (IP addresses, topologies, versions).
• Perform routine maintenance: firmware updates, patch management, configurations.
• Monitor network infrastructure and security events; respond to threats.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with teams to resolve issues within SLA.
• Maintain records of incidents, changes, and resolutions.
