Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience, including commercial construction, project oversight, field operations, and performance analysis.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including reviewing and interpreting detailed construction models, drawings, scopes of work, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple construction projects, manage competing priorities, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, procurement, inspections, and resource planning.
• Experience evaluating field progress, verifying project status, identifying risks and discrepancies, and proactively resolving construction challenges.
• Strong coordination skills with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment, timely execution, and follow-through.
• Experience preparing client reports, leadership updates, meeting summaries, and action-item trackers.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with sound judgment, independent decision-making, and timely escalation of critical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, clarify requirements, and ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in Makati on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial construction projects, including progress, upcoming activities, pending decisions, and potential risks.
• Analyze schedules, field updates, photos, meeting notes, and trackers to verify actual progress against planned work.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, delays, unresolved issues, and unsupported completion claims.
• Clarify responsibilities and deadlines, escalating critical risks with supporting facts, impacts, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate construction schedules in Smartsheet or comparable platforms based on actual field conditions.
• Review look-ahead plans for missing activities, incomplete predecessor work, sequencing issues, and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, equipment, inspections, deliveries, and shared resources across projects.
• Verify materials, personnel, approvals, access, and information readiness while supporting schedule recovery and resequencing plans.
• Track commitments, decisions, action items, and deadlines through verified completion.
• Coordinate follow-ups with project managers, superintendents, field leads, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
