Job summary

Epiroc Philippines is seeking a Site Based Maintenance Planner to organize service interventions at the Compostela Valley site and coordinate with Service Technicians. This role ensures timely communication and efficient scheduling to support smooth field operations.

You will monitor spare parts readiness, verify daily time sheets and work orders, and escalate issues to keep customers satisfied while upholding safety and quality standards in line with ISO 45001/RA 11058, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Plan service interventions based on priority lists to improve efficiency.
• Communicate schedules with Service Technicians to avoid delays.
• Improve response time by coordinating with customers effectively.
• Understand and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on service jobs and activities assigned.
• Confirm spare parts availability for all assigned jobs.
• Ensure technicians submit daily time sheets, work orders and picking lists.
• Submit reports on time according to defined frequency.
• Escalate issues appropriately to update management on daily operations.
• Participate in maintenance and continuous improvement of our ISO systems (45001/ RA 11058, 14001, 9001).
