Qualifications

• Plan service interventions based on priority list to improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate schedules with Service Technicians.
• Improve customers' response through effective coordination.
• Understand and resolve customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with service jobs and activities assigned.
• Confirm spare parts availability for all assigned jobs.
• Ensure technicians submit Daily Time sheets, work orders and picking lists daily.
• Submit reports in time as per defined frequency.
• Escalate appropriately to update management on daily operations.
• Participate in maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 45001:2018, RA 11058, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service interventions based on priority to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians to communicate and track progress.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of service quality.
• Monitor and ensure accurate daily time sheets, work orders, and picking lists.
• Prepare and submit routine reports on time and escalate issues when needed.
