Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to onboard new hires onsite at locations including Araneta, Cainta, Five Ecom Pasay, UP Technohub and other Metro Manila sites.

You will guide trainees through our values, workplace tools, timekeeping apps, and product procedures, ensuring each new employee is set up for success by teaching, testing and monitoring attendance during the training period.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months or more in training and adult learning or call center experience.
• Ability to mentor and coach new hires.
• Comfort with using client training tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and actively engage new hires in training to develop knowledge of values, workspaces, timekeeping apps and procedures.
• Teach, test and monitor attendance throughout the training process.
• Deliver high-quality client product training.
