Job summary

TOA Global in Clark, Philippines is hiring a Junior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for Australian clients. You will work with Senior Bookkeepers and Australian team members to ensure accurate accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and draft BAS/IAS for review.

The role is onsite, full-time with a day shift, offering growth through an Australian bookkeeping pathway and benefits including HMO from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in cloud accounting platforms (Xero/MYOB/QBO).
• Solid understanding of Australian GST, BAS, PAYG.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for small Australian clients.
• Prepare BAS/IAS drafts under supervision.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements; manage AP/AR.
