Job summary

NCR Voyix in Cebu, Philippines is hiring an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for employees during the night shift aligned to US business hours.

You will resolve hardware, software, network, and collaboration issues, manage tickets in ServiceNow, and work with global infrastructure teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

This role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to lift and move equipment onsite.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of IT support or end-user services experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and AD.
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues within defined SLAs.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Outlook, and AD.
• Perform onboarding, equipment deployment, and workstation setup.
• Assist with moves, adds, changes.
• Respond to incidents and requests via ITSM tools.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1–2 issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation.
• Manage IT inventory, stock levels, and asset lifecycle.
• Support conference rooms and AV systems; assist with local network issues.
• Follow security policies; implement MFA, hardware keys, endpoint security.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to rollouts.
