Job summary

Virtua Solutions Outsourcing is hiring an IT Operations Specialist based 100% onsite at the BGC office in Taguig City. You will be the single point of contact for company-wide IT support, manage hardware inventories, user provisioning, and daily service desk tickets for all employees and client accounts.

The role progresses through three phases: Phase 1 fixed-term project-based contract, Phase 2 probationary period as IT Operations Lead, and Phase 3 regularization as IT Operations Lead & Primary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration, Technical Support, or IT Operations in a BPO setup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for company-wide IT support for onsite and remote staff.
• Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and daily IT service desk tickets across all employees, remote teams, and BGC onsite accounts.
• Oversee phase-based career progression including project-focused Phase 1 audits and Phase 2 lead responsibilities.
• Ensure hardware/software configurations, asset tracking, and vendor communications maintain an accurate master IT baseline.
