Job summary

JTI is hiring an IT Services Analyst to deliver reliable onsite infrastructure and end-user services across Taiwan locations. You will work with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to sustain high service levels and business continuity.

In this role you’ll handle IT service requests, monitor systems, maintain documentation, and contribute to change management and training initiatives for users. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT, preferably in multinational settings.
• Fluent English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational IT support to maintain onsite infrastructure and end-user computing services.
• Coordinate service requests, incidents, and communications with IT SMEs to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support change management, documentation, and training for business users.
• Assist with security, governance, and disaster recovery planning activities.
