Job summary

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related fields, and at least two years of relevant experience. Onsite work and a graveyard shift (Tue–Sat) are required; graduates from vocational IT programs with experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• Graduates of vocational/technical IT courses may be considered with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in administrative, office support, or IT support role.
• Experience managing user accounts, credentials, and system access.
• Experience with asset inventory and tracking.
• Experience administering or monitoring third‑party software platforms is an advantage.
• Hands-on exposure to basic IT tasks welcome.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, access levels, and roles.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software/tools used company/school-wide.
• Manage software licenses and subscriptions, tracking seats and renewals.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting for onsite or remote users.
• Navigate admin dashboards/back-end panels for various platforms.
• Document onboarding and offboarding processes and inventory logs.
