Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics or fulfillment ops.
• Experience in inventory and inbound management is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and WMS is an advantage; willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the inventory/inbound team meets KPIs, including cycle count accuracy, loss management, and put away productivity.
• Produces and analyzes inventory reports, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitors inbound and inventory processes and proposes improvements for greater efficiency and performance.
• Assists in driving a high-performance culture within the inventory team.
• Reports quality and safety issues promptly to the direct superior or any member of management as needed.
