Job summary

Snapscale is seeking a creative HR & Employee Engagement Administrator to support the HR team in strengthening employee engagement and improving the overall experience. You will help run engagement initiatives, host events, and manage internal communications.

The ideal candidate has experience hosting activities, can create content with Canva and AI tools, and can juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision while on site in Davao City.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Employee Engagement within the BPO industry.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and company events.
• Experience hosting and facilitating company events and activities.
• Proficient with Canva or similar graphic design/content creation tools.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement activities and events.
• Host and facilitate company activities and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement engagement programs to boost participation.
• Create and manage internal communications and engagement materials.
• Develop content using Canva, AI tools, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with employees, management, and internal teams for engagement tasks.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee concerns as needed.
• Maintain organized records for engagement activities.
• Manage multiple activities, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Perform other HR and engagement tasks as assigned.
