Filinvest Land, Inc. Timberland Highlands Resort is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns across rooms, dining, events and leisure, aiming to strengthen brand awareness and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or retail.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and organized with good project management skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends and basic marketing analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Canva skills are an advantage.
• Able to work well with different departments, suppliers, agencies, and partners.
• Willing to work onsite at Timberland Highlands Resort, San Mateo, Rizal, including events outside regular working hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions that support the resort's rooms, dining, events, and leisure offerings.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media and other digital platforms to increase awareness, engagement, and bookings.
• Ensure marketing materials, communications, and campaigns are consistent with Timberland Highlands Resort's brand identity and standards.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and other collaterals for the resort's business units.
• Support partnerships, media activities, community initiatives, and events to boost visibility and reach.
• Monitor digital marketing activities and assist in optimizing campaigns based on engagement and reach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new campaigns and promotions.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms, Events, and other departments to support revenue objectives.
• Prepare reports and monitor campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
