Filinvest Alabang, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to plan and execute integrated campaigns that strengthen brand equity, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversion.

The role oversees traditional and digital channels, production of marketing materials, and coordination with internal teams and agencies. You will lead launches, activations, PR support, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement, working onsite in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property, residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Manage campaigns from planning and production through launch, monitoring, and reporting.
• Oversee the timely and consistent production of marketing materials across traditional and digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal Creative, Sales, PR, and other teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers.
• Plan and execute project launches, open houses, roadshows, mall booths, sponsorships, and other lead-generation activities.
• Manage event requirements including objectives, programs, logistics, suppliers, manpower, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and activations.
• Support PR initiatives, including media placement, coverage management, campaign communications, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign, event, lead generation, and sales conversion performance.
• Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports covering objectives, performance versus targets, budget utilization, key findings, issues, and recommendations.
• Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and sales outcomes.
• Maintain proper monitoring of marketing materials, inventory, project timelines, and other campaign requirements.
