ScribeRunner is seeking a Healthcare RCM AR Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Biñan. You will manage accounts receivable within healthcare revenue cycle operations, monitor outstanding claims, and follow up with payers to resolve denials for timely reimbursement.

You will analyze patient accounts, reconcile payments, and handle invoicing and collections in line with client and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to review claims and resolve complex issues.
• Finance-related knowledge including healthcare billing and AR processes.
• Effective communication with patients, payers, and internal teams.
• Experience with follow-up, payment negotiations, and accurate documentation.
• Experience in healthcare RCM, medical billing, or AR management in clinic/hospital.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, claim submission, and denial management.
• Proficiency with healthcare billing software, spreadsheets, and EHR systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Biñan with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
