This full-time role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle management by ensuring efficient billing, collections, and regulatory compliance across healthcare clients. You will oversee the complete revenue cycle, audit records for accuracy, resolve denials, and monitor KPIs to drive cash flow improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, healthcare finance, or related admin roles.
• Proficiency in medical coding concepts and billing processes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete revenue cycle process from patient registration to collections.
• Review medical records and billing docs for accuracy and compliance with coding standards.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, claim denials, and payment posting errors.
• Analyse revenue cycle KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with providers, billing departments, and insurers to resolve disputes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation controls.
