Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a General Accountant to manage the general ledger, perform month-end and year-end closes, and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. You will also support AP/AR processes and assist with internal and external audits.

The role requires 3–5 years of general accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and strong ERP and Excel skills. Onsite work in Libis, Quezon City, Philippines, with dayshift hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting or corporate finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
• Strong proficiency with cloud-based ERP systems (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger management: maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Month-end and year-end close: prepare journal entries, accruals, and depreciation.
• Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support AP/AR functions and monitor aging schedules.
