Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Parañaque is seeking a General Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations. You will prepare journal entries, perform month-end closings, and deliver monthly reports with variance analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting (or related) with 5+ years of full-charge accounting, advanced Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work setup and day-one healthcare are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full-charge accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with month-end and year-end closes and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, intercompany, and month-end adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and timely closings.
• Generate monthly reports and variance analyses for decision-making.
• Ensure strong financial controls and accurate documentation.
