Job Description

• Oversee the review and approval of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Payroll entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Lead monthly financial closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvements, coordinating with all areas of Finance to meet global timelines.
• Manage cash advances, reimbursements, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to accounting best practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 5 years of experience in finance analysis, accounting, tax, and audit.
• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership/supervision experience in various finance functions (Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Reporting, etc.).
• Worked with BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS applications; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Can work onsite and do night shift schedule.
