Job summary

ClearSourceBPO is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will develop financial models for subsidiaries and projects, deliver consolidated reports and dashboards, and perform variance analyses to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP/FP&A systems experience, and a proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, budgeting, tax, government compliance, or corporate finance.
• Direct exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience preparing labor cost forecasts and financial models is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and FP&A tools such as Planful, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities using Planful.
• Develop and maintain financial models for subsidiaries, projects, and business units.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Conduct project financial analyses, feasibility studies, and investment analyses.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Perform actual vs. budget vs. forecast variance analyses and explain variances.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across FP&A tools and processes.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks for improvement.
• Prepare cost-of-labor forecasts based on headcount plans and related factors.
