Convene in Pasig, Philippines seeks a hands-on Accounts Payable/General Ledger professional for a 6-month fixed-term onsite engagement. You will manage AP, assist in end-to-end accounting, and ensure timely closings and reporting. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Xero are preferred, with English fluency required.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to internal policies while supporting audits and financial health reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–5 years in General Accounting.
• Experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end finalization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Xero is an advantage.

• Manage Accounts Payable and ensure timely processing.
• Assist in all accounting transactions and prepare accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
• Prepare and publish financial statements per schedule.
