Qualifications

• Graduate of BS CoE or ECE.
• Two years IT support or related experience preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to BDO branches, troubleshoot, and document tickets.
• Monitor and escalate issues within service level agreements.
• Support projects like branch implementations, relocations, and consolidations.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain equipment records.
