Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians to join their on-site team in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. You will conduct inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and address tenant requests to keep facilities running smoothly.

Willingness to work on-site and six days a week.
Ability to troubleshoot across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
