Job summary

PH Global Jet Express is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and assets. The role ensures safety, functionality, and well-maintained operations across the company.

Responsibilities include supervising daily maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring documentation and schedules are up to date. The candidate should have a Engineering/Facilities degree, 2–3 years of related experience, and be willing to work onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel or contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance concerns when needed.
• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or similar environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and personnel.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and completion of repairs.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records are updated.
• Manage maintenance-related materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Respond promptly to urgent facility and equipment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide recommendations for facility improvements, repairs, and equipment replacement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
