Job summary

J&T EXPRESS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and related assets across its operations in the Philippines. The role ensures safety, reliability, and efficiency to support logistics activities.

Responsibilities include supervising daily maintenance, coordinating with contractors, scheduling work orders, maintaining records, managing parts and tools, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel or contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance concerns when needed.
• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or similar environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and personnel.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and completion of repairs.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records are updated.
• Manage maintenance-related materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Respond promptly to urgent facility and equipment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide recommendations for facility improvements, repairs, and equipment replacement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
