You will help maintain clean, safe, and well-organized office facilities and support basic repairs and coordination with vendors. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work onsite, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or facilities preferred.
• Basic knowledge of repairs is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and day shift.
• Good communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of office facilities
• Ensure common areas, workspaces, pantry areas, restrooms, and other facilities are properly maintained
• Perform basic and minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general maintenance work
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report maintenance issues or potential safety hazards
• Assist in coordinating repairs, maintenance services, and other facilities-related requirements
• Respond appropriately to facility-related emergencies such as power outages, flooding, leaks, and other unexpected incidents
• Assist in implementing emergency and disaster response procedures when necessary
• Manage proper waste segregation, disposal, and recycling activities
• Support initiatives that promote energy conservation and efficient use of office resources
• Monitor and maintain adequate supplies for housekeeping and general facilities requirements
• Assist with basic administrative and operational matters related to facilities and office management
• Coordinate with employees, building administration, contractors, and service providers when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of facilities at all times
• Perform other facilities and general services tasks as may be assigned
