Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking a reliable Facilities Assistant for onsite work in Antipolo and Ortigas. The role covers cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance to ensure a safe, tidy workplace.

The position offers a morning shift with a Php 17,116.25 package per month, ASAP start. Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred, and a Housekeeping NC II certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related role is preferred.
• Housekeeping NC II certification is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and holidays, when required.

Responsibilities

• Dust and clean surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and electronics.
• Vacuum or sweep floors and mop hard-floor areas.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Clean and maintain kitchen countertops and appliances.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
• Launder and fold clothes, change bed sheets, and make beds.
• Declutter and organize belongings, cabinets, closets, and drawers.
• Sort and organize paperwork and other items.
• Arrange items in their designated places and maintain an organized environment.
• Create practical storage solutions and label containers as needed.
• Wash dishes or properly load them into the dishwasher.
• Take out trash and manage recyclable materials.
• Wipe down kitchen surfaces after use.
• Regularly sweep or vacuum high-traffic areas.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and repairs when needed.
