Job summary

People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc is seeking a Digital Marketing & Lighting Design Assistant to support its marketing activities and, on a smaller scale, lighting design projects. The role combines creative marketing with trainable technical support in Dialux.

Onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga, with a mid-shift schedule aligned to UK time zones. Training for Dialux is provided; prior lighting design experience is not required. The position offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Assistance.
• Experience building/updating company websites.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong org and time management, able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects, campaigns, content, and assets.
• Create basic graphics, presentations, and website content.
• Build, update, and maintain company websites.
• Execute marketing activities to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Maintain consistent marketing content and digital assets.
• Support ad hoc marketing requests and changing priorities.
• Assist with marketing communications when required.
• Learn and support lighting design tasks when needed.
