People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc is seeking a Digital Marketing & Lighting Design Assistant to support its marketing activities and, on a smaller scale, lighting design projects. The role combines creative marketing with trainable technical support in Dialux.

Onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga, with a mid-shift schedule aligned to UK time zones. Training for Dialux is provided; prior lighting design experience is not required. The position offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Assistance.
• Experience building/updating company websites.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong org and time management, able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job description

Are you a creative and organised Digital Marketing professional who enjoys managing projects, creating marketing materials, and learning new technical tools?

As a Digital Marketing & Lighting Design Assistant, you'll primarily support the company's digital marketing activities, with approximately 70-80% of your time focused on digital marketing and 20-30% supporting lighting design projects.

You'll manage marketing campaigns, content, creative assets, websites, and day-to-day marketing activities while keeping projects organised and on schedule. The lighting design component is fully trainable, making this a great opportunity for someone with strong digital marketing skills who is comfortable learning technical software and taking on different responsibilities.

The client will provide training for Dialux, so previous lighting design or Dialux experience is not required. You'll be expected to adapt to changing priorities, manage ad hoc requests, and work effectively across both creative and technical tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Assistance, Website Management, or a similar marketing role.
• Strong hands-on experience executing digital marketing activities, campaigns, content, and marketing projects.
• Experience in building, updating, and maintaining company websites.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills with the ability to create marketing materials and visual assets.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop or similar applications.
• Knowledge of graphic design and website tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt effectively to ad hoc requests and changing priorities.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and supporting different areas of the business when required.
• Ability to work independently while keeping projects and tasks moving forward.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing marketing content, graphics, presentations, websites, and project materials.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content, both with and without the use of AI tools.
• Proven experience creating creative designs and marketing materials without relying solely on AI-generated content.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical tools and software.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability when taking on responsibilities outside your core marketing role.
• A technical mindset and ability to learn new software quickly would be an advantage

Not Required

• Lighting design experience.
• Dialux or Relux experience (full training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing

• Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects, campaigns, content, and creative assets.

• Assist with technical documentation and project-based design activities.
• Work with relevant team members while developing knowledge of lighting design processes.
• Support projects involving architectural and technical lighting applications.
