M.Q. Lightings Enterprises, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft marketing materials for digital, retail, and event campaigns.

You will collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to deliver visuals on time. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in graphic design and 1–2 years of experience; proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; basic video editing; and the ability to maintain brand consistency while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software
• Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus
• Understands marketing-oriented design and promotional content creation
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow brand guidelines
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, banners, brochures, and advertisements
• Design promotional materials for online campaigns, product launches, events, workshops, and special promotions
• Create visuals for product announcements, technical marketing materials, and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with the Marketing Team and E-commerce Team to ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Adapt and resize marketing materials across various digital and print platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, website banners, and print collaterals
• Prepare layouts and visual assets for social media, e-commerce platforms, and company presentations
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Edit and enhance product photos, graphics, and marketing images when needed
• Support basic video editing and motion graphics tasks when required
• Organize and manage design files and assets properly
• Ensure all designs are aligned with company branding and marketing objectives
• Handle multiple design requests efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
